Shipping and Delivery

• Standard Shipping: CHF 8.-

• FREE Delivery for orders over CHF 50.-

• We ship throughout Switzerland and Liechtenstein. At the moment, we do not offer international shipping.

Shipping Methods:
Delivery is made via the Veloce PostPac Priority service (Post.ch) or Planzer Transport, ensuring fast and secure shipping. All orders are carefully packaged using protective materials to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.

Order Notes:
You can add notes to your order to provide specific details regarding shipping or your preferences. If you wish to send a gift or have any special requests, you can use the notes field during checkout.

Customer Support in Case of Issues:
If your package is damaged or lost, please contact our customer service at customercare@freeshopfrontiera.ch , and we will do our best to resolve the situation.

Delivery Times:
Orders are generally processed within 24 hours of payment and delivered within 1-3 business days via reliable couriers.

Order Tracking:
You will receive a tracking number via email once your package is shipped, so you can track its delivery status in real time.

Delivery Issues:
If the courier is unable to deliver the package, they will leave a notice for you to pick it up at the nearest pickup point or to schedule a new delivery.

In-Store Pickup:
You can pick up your order directly from the store, with no additional cost, at one of our authorized locations. THIS SERVICE IS CURRENTLY SUSPENDED; WE APOLOGIZE FOR THE INCONVENIENCE.
