Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), PostFinance, PayPal, Twint, and bank transfer.

No, at the moment we do not offer cash on delivery. Please choose one of the available payment methods.

Shipping & Delivery
Which countries do you ship to?

We currently ship to Switzerland and Liechtenstein. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Orders are usually processed within 24 hours and delivered within 1-3 business days via trusted couriers.

Standard shipping costs CHF 8.-. For orders over CHF 50.-, shipping is free.

Yes! Once your package has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link to monitor your delivery status.

If the courier cannot deliver your package, they will leave a notice for you to pick it up at the nearest collection point or schedule a new delivery.

Returns & Refunds
Can I return a perfume if I don’t like it?

For hygiene reasons, we only accept returns if the product is sealed and unused.

If you wish to return a product, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. We will provide you with return instructions.

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days using the original payment method.

Products & Availability
Are your perfumes authentic?

Yes! We guarantee that all our perfumes are 100% original and certified, purchased directly from manufacturers or official distributors.

This depends on the manufacturer. If a product is temporarily unavailable, we recommend subscribing to stock notifications on the product page.

Currently, we do not offer this service. We recommend visiting the store closest to you to try a tester or receive free samples with a purchase.

Do I need to register to place an order?

No, you can place an order as a guest. However, registering allows you to manage your orders more easily and access exclusive offers.
